HOW IT WORKS and TIME IT TAKES

1、Place custom-made order and complete payment.

2、Tell us your measurements (1 business day) .

Click Contact Us and fill in the form, noting us the measurement detail and your size requirement, including chest, waist, shoulder width and dress length, etc.

3、Customize your design to suit your style (1-3 business days).

Our pattern designer will provide a pattern paper for your confirmation before making the customized item.

4、Get ready for your custom design (3-5 business days).

Generally, your item will be customized to order and prepared for in 3-5 business days.

5、Delivery.

But it might take longer time when there is no sufficient material available in stock. In this case, we will contact with you as soon as possible to see if you would like to wait or cancel the order.

6、Ship your customize order.

We will dispatch your custom item after checking quality. Shipping time will depend on the delivery service you selected.
