How long do I have to make a return?
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days from the date your purchase to request a return.
Your return package must be postmarked within 45 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 45 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your Account
2. Contacting us to get a return shippping label
3. Go to "My Orders" and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details".
4. Then click the "Return" button, select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and click "Next Step".
5. Select the 'Refund Method' and 'Return Method'
6. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package.
7. Mail out the return package. Your package must be postmarked within 45 days from the purchase date.
8. Please note that no refund shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped according to the respective shipping labels. If there are multiple shipping labels for more than 1 items to be returned, please do not mix them up.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I return something?
Kindly note that the shipping fee for return is on your side. You must use the return label we provide, then ship the return package with 45 days from the purchase date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving (If there is no tracking number, please contact with us within 45 days of order placing) for replacement. Item(s) not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
3. Item(s) returned without authorization from us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
4. Returned Item(s) must be in saleable condition with original packaging.
5. Custom item(s) do not apply to this return policy.
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the IEFIEL Site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
3. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
1. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used of purchase. We issue refund in 1~3 business days after we receive the return item(s).
2.Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
