Shipping Policy

iefiel.com  accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. All orders are shipped from our location in Shenzhen, China.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours from the time the payment is complete. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders that contain a different shipping address will be dispatched in different package.

So please kindly confirm your shipping address before checking out.

Orders that contain an incomplete address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This will delay shipping time. iEFiEL cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Tax rate is based on the shipping address but not the billing address.

US

iEFiEL offers Free Standard shipping to U.S. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms are subject to change without notice.

Express Shipping is $20 for the first item and extra $4.00 for each additional item. Shipping time is 3-5 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

We currently offer Standard and Express (tracked) Shipping to Australia and NZ.

Standard Shipping is free. Shipping time is 15-25 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Express Shipping is $54.00 for the first item and extra $8.00 for each additional item. Shipping time is 5-7 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Mexico

We currently offer Standard and Express (tracked) Shipping to Mexico.

Standard Shipping is free. Shipping time is 15-25 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Express Shipping is $42.00 for the first item and extra $5.00 for each additional item. Shipping time is 5-7 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays).

Other Countries in the rest of World

For orders destined to other countries which not included above, we usually ship them by China Post. Shipping time depends on the destination.  Please kindly note that²  Only standard delivery is available.

²  All packages are sent via China Post

²  It will reach in 25-35 working days to most countries, yet, some countries takes longer delivery time.

International Shipping  

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns.

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Track Package

When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at 17track.net

Refuse Package

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

²  Original and return shipping costs.

²  Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
